Heryvey & McMillan built Mountain Dew distillery by Burnside Street in 1834 in the middle of the town. This is just on the east side of Springside distillery. This distillery had also a short life like Mossfield distillery. When they closed the distillery in 1837 Peter Watson & Co was the owner. Now there stands Hydro Electric and garage but you can still find walls and windows from those days. The other name for this distillery is Thistle.

マウンテン・デュー蒸留所は1834年Hervey & McMillanにより町の中心地Burnside Streetに建てられた。Springside蒸留所のすぐ東側。この蒸留所もMossfield蒸留所と同じような運命をたどった蒸留所で大変短い操業だった。1837年に閉鎖されるときはPeter Watson & Coが運営していた。現在この場所にはHydro Electricの店や倉庫が建っていて当時のものと思われる建物の壁が窓を埋め塀となっている。別称Thistle。
