500年以上にわたるスコッチの長い歴史に登場したウイスキー蒸留所は、記録に現れたものだけで最古のフェリントッシュをはじめ約760箇所。非合法な蒸留所はこの限りではありません。現在その姿を残しているものはごく僅かで、多くは農家や住宅の名称として今に伝えられています。このサイトはスコットランド各地に点在していた今は無き「失われた蒸留所」を探訪した記録です。そんな「古のスチルマン達の夢の跡」をぜひご覧下さい。尚、お気付きの点や新しい情報などがありましたら連絡をお願いいたします。
