Caledonian distillery was built on the opposite side of Big Kiln in 1823 by Peter Stewart & Co. Though it started working from 1825 and in 1840, it was bankrupt. After that it was taken after by James Johnstone but it went out 2times and in 1851 it was closed for good.
Now the area where Caledonian stood is difficult to find but its some where near the corner of Big Kiln Street, Glebe Street, Burnside Street, and Lorne Street.

カレドニアン蒸留所はPeter Stewart & Coにより1823年Big Kilnの反対側に建てられた。実際の操業は1825年。1840年に倒産。その後James Johnstoneにより操業が継続されたがその後二度倒産を繰り返し1851年に閉鎖された。
現在この蒸留所があったあたりはBig Kiln Street,Glebe Street,Burnside Street,Lorne Streetの4通りの交差点になっていて場所の特定は難しい。
