Littlemill

Littlemill distillery stood in the village called Bowling and its about 7 miles to the north west from the airport of Glasgow. Littlemill which stands by the Clyde bay is said to be the oldest distillery in Scotland which was made in 1772. Owners changed so many times and went bankrupt and rebuilt it several times but it was finally closed in 1994. The buildings from those days were damaged every year and finally from 2005 to 2006, they were all broken and they built residential houses. The excise officer's house that stands by the street will remind you the days of Littlemill.
