There's a town called Lochgilphead on the way to Kintyre from Glasgow. Lochgilphead distillery is few blocks to the west from Lochgilphead Paris Ch. Donald Cameron started distilling in 1816. The owner changed several times though the year when they closed is not certain. Now few structures still remain and they are used as vehicle related garage. Other name is Argyleshire.

グラスゴーからキンタイアに向かう途中にLochgilpheadという町がある。ロッホジルブヘッド蒸留所はロッホジルプヘッド教会から少し東へ行ったところにある。1816年Donald Cameronにより操業開始。その後いく度か経営が変わった。閉鎖など詳細不明。現在建物はいくつか残っていて車両関係の作業場として使われている。別称Argyleshire.
